"A really strong project! Each of us should live tolerance, courage and respect ourselves. We have zero tolerance for anti-democracy, racism and any form of misanthropy!"
"We want to encourage!"
"The ToleranzRäume have caused a lot of discussion in Schwerin: a sign that we absolutely have to talk about tolerance and borderlines!"
"Behind the words antisemitism, racism, queer hostility there are always people in the end. Even with the individual letters like LGBTiQ... there are people. People who experience hate, exclusion and violence in everyday life at school, in the authorities, on the street.(...) We have to see diversity, use diversity and live diversity!"
"The ToleranzRäume have shown: Schwerin also needs platforms in the future to talk about tolerance, basic rights and the foundations of our constitutional state."
"Tolerance does not develop on its own either, on the contrary, it has to be developed, it has to be learned - which is why education, both in and out of school, is so important for learning tolerance. This is exactly where the project "ToleranzRäume" comes in, thankfully."
"ToleranzRäume send out an important signal for encounters and confrontations - with others, but also with one's own thinking and prejudices. Engaging with this is enriching.".

Note on the project name: after the conception phase, the exhibition was defined as an independent project of Toleranz-Tunnel e.V., since May 2022 with the name ToleranzRäume.
